This policy explains how Lanrenwen Studio handles information when you use the suno download website, API, and browser extension. Guests receive 2 free trial downloads; optional Google sign-in unlocks unlimited downloads. Rate and concurrency protections still apply.
1. Information the Service handles
Information you provide
We process the public Suno URL you select and, where needed, its title and audio URL. Optional Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, name, email and profile picture. We never receive your Google password and do not request access to Gmail, Drive or contacts.
Technical request data
Our infrastructure receives network information including IP addresses. The application uses IP addresses in memory for short-term rate and concurrency controls. Daily operational metrics retain aggregate request counts and inferred country information. For authenticated requests, we also retain daily account-level counts, name, email and inferred countries, keyed by a stable identifier derived from your verified Google account, to understand Service usage across devices. Guest activity is not included in account-level analysis. Guest allowance records use a client identifier and hashed song identifiers to count successful resource grants and avoid duplicate charges on short retries. These records are not audio libraries and do not contain saved audio files.
2. Data stored on your device
The website stores your theme preference and up to eight recent resolved tracks in browser local storage. The extension stores its API setting and up to 50 recent downloads, including title, Suno page URL, audio URL, artwork URL, time, and whether the browser or server handled the download. This data remains in your browser and can be cleared through the website, the extension, browser settings, or by uninstalling the extension.
A random client identifier and a sign-in session token are stored locally to apply guest allowances and keep you signed in. Sign out to revoke the current session. Clearing storage does not remove records already retained by the service.
Service sessions expire after 30 days; pending login handoffs expire after 10 minutes. Guest trial counters are retained to enforce the 2-song free trial limit. Expired server records are removed on subsequent successful storage operations; inactive storage and protected backups may retain them until cleanup. Daily operational metrics follow the service's 90-day retention window.
3. How we use information
- Resolve public Suno links and deliver the download you request.
- Protect the Service from abuse through rate and concurrency limits.
- Diagnose failures, maintain security, and operate the infrastructure.
- Respond when you contact support.
We do not sell personal information, serve personalized advertising, create cross-site profiles, or use Service data to train AI models.
4. Audio processing and retention
Whenever possible, the extension downloads directly from Suno's CDN. If Suno provides protected media, the website or extension obtains the public playback material, decrypts the audio in the user's browser, and creates the MP3 locally. The API may proxy the original encrypted media for preview or compatibility, but it does not transcode audio. Audio is not intentionally written to permanent storage or cached as a user library. Track resolution records and rate-limit counters are temporary, held in memory, and disappear when they expire or the API process restarts.
5. Service providers and third parties
We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website and RackNerd infrastructure to operate the API. These providers may process connection and security data under their own privacy terms. Your requested public links and media are also fetched from Suno-controlled domains. We do not control Suno's processing practices. The Service does not include third-party advertising or analytics scripts at the date above.
Google handles optional authentication under its privacy policy. We use Google profile information for account authentication, access to the Service and daily account-level operational usage analysis, not advertising or sale. Authentication is completed on Google's own pages.
6. Permissions used by the extension
The extension uses activeTab and access to Suno pages to identify the selected public track, downloads to save user-requested files, storage for local settings and history, and sidePanel to display that history. Host access is limited to Suno pages and media, our download API, and an optional localhost API used for development. The extension does not download or execute remote code.
7. Security, children, and international use
We use HTTPS, restricted upstream hosts, request limits, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service is completely secure. The Service is a general-purpose tool and is not directed to children under 13. If you are not permitted to use the Service or provide the information described here in your jurisdiction, do not use it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can sign out, clear locally stored history, uninstall the extension, or stop using the Service. To request access to or deletion of account information, contact support@lanrenwen.com using the email associated with your Google account. We may verify account ownership before acting. We do not retain a permanent audio library or a complete per-request browsing history.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the Service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and update its date. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@lanrenwen.com.
