Terms of Service

1. What the Service does

The Service helps users locate and download audio made publicly available through Suno pages and media infrastructure. It does not provide access to private accounts or bypass authentication, digital rights management, paywalls, or access controls. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Suno, Inc.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and must comply with laws applicable to you. You may use the Service only for audio you created, own, are authorized to download, or may otherwise lawfully use. You are solely responsible for determining whether your download and subsequent use are permitted.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Downloading or distributing content in violation of copyright, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights.
• Attempting to access private, deleted, restricted, or protected content.
• Automated scraping, bulk downloading, load testing, denial-of-service activity, or evading rate limits.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Using the Service to distribute malware, unlawful material, or misleading claims of ownership.

4. Intellectual property

You retain any rights you have in links or content you submit. We do not claim ownership of downloaded audio. Rights in music, artwork, names, and other third-party materials remain with their respective owners. The Service's software, branding, design, and original documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided free of charge on an availability basis. Upstream websites may change at any time, so particular links or features may stop working. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including to address security, abuse, legal, or operational concerns. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of download history.

6. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, audio quality, or compatibility. File format, bitrate, metadata, and availability are determined by upstream sources. You should keep your own backups and verify files before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanrenwen Studio and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or content, or claims arising from your use of downloaded material. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 10 or the amount you paid us for the Service during the previous 12 months.

8. Indemnity and enforcement

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Lanrenwen Studio against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or violation of these Terms. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe use creates legal, security, or operational risk. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may revise these Terms and will post the updated version and date here. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
